Estimates and Quotes

The instant quotes provided through our website are estimates based on satellite imagery and measurement data. These estimates are not final contracts. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection by our inspector, who verifies roof measurements, assesses existing conditions, and confirms the scope of work.

Scope of Work

Our standard quotes cover shingle-only roof replacement — complete tear-off of existing shingles and installation of new shingles, underlayment, and accessories. Structural repairs (decking replacement beyond the included sheets, rafter repair, fascia work) are assessed during the inspection and quoted separately if needed.

Permits

Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction in the Atlanta metro area. We include estimated permit costs in your quote based on your location. We handle the permit application process where permits are required. Some jurisdictions do not require permits for shingle-only replacement.

Warranties

All roofing materials carry a manufacturer warranty from GAF. Warranty duration depends on the material tier selected (25, 30, or 50 years). Warranty coverage is subject to GAF's terms and conditions. We provide you with all warranty documentation upon project completion.

Payment

Payment terms are established in the final contract after inspection. Typical terms include a deposit upon contract signing and final payment upon completion and final inspection approval.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before work begins with no penalty. If materials have already been ordered and delivered, material costs may apply. There is no obligation at the quote or inspection stage.

Limitation of Liability

Satellite-based estimates are approximations and may differ from actual measurements. We make our best effort to provide accurate estimates but cannot guarantee exact pricing until the in-person inspection is complete. Virtual Roofing Co is not liable for decisions made based solely on satellite estimates.

Service Area

We currently serve the Atlanta metropolitan area, including Gwinnett, Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Cherokee, Clayton, Henry, Forsyth, and surrounding counties. Availability may vary by location.
